Background history:

Opposition concepts were initially initiated by
Sigmund Freud in his psychoanalytical theory. You noticed a lot of
his male therapists were married to their clients. He called this job
provocative opposition and strong opposition to this behavior.
He described the repetition of repetitions in other countries as a process that went unnoticed
where the feelings and emotions of a psychologist are affected by
the client in the treatment regimen, and then responds with
opposition. ”

What is counter transference:-

Counter transference which transfer client’s emotion, feeling towards the therapist, the other side therapist feel the same situation towards the client. This may be the positive or negative. Because the transference between therapists and client happens on an unconscious level.

Example:

When I was read in class five my English teacher was very strict, tall and wear the glasses. One day punish to me and hit me. After that I hate my teacher. Now I am twenty two year old but I saw many time any person who is tall and wear glasses. Automatically it remembers my English teacher who was strict and then my feeling towards person negative and aggressive.

How to manage it?

On my perspective we will manage it some ways the following of this:

1: first of all, we must be aware how common circumstance is.

2: second, it’s essential for the therapist to be mindful of their own feelings and behaviors.

3: When the counter transference feelings are indentified the therapist can ask the client what his feeling are towards the therapist.

4:High therapist selfintegration

5: Empathy.

I think we will manage the counter transference in all ways if we apply during session.
